Hey Rachel! WELCOME BACK! I'm so happy to have your energy in class again! The overeating on workout days is expected. Your body is burning more and needs more energy. I would say the key is to make a schedule for the week. Create a program for both workouts and dieting. Stick to the program for 6 weeks and from then on it will feel like habit. If you feel the urge to eat again, keep a bag of fruit, a small salad, or a shake nearby. As I type the question I'm asking I'm answering it myself. Oye. I tend to over eat on days I have a tough work out. Or I under eat because I'm trying too hard. I will plan my meals on workout days, add another shake if I'm feeling hungry and I'll just listen to my body like an adult who knows better.
